Direktverkauf Bauer is a traditional family business from Simonsfeld in the Weinviertel, which has been farming for over 200 years and markets regional specialties directly from the farm. The farm combines classic arable farming (wheat, barley, maize, rye, rapeseed, grain peas, sugar beet) with a wide range of direct marketing of its own products. These include in particular
- High-quality bee honey from our own apiary
- Fine brandies and liqueurs
- fruity vinegars and syrups
- seasonal potatoes from our own cultivation
The products are offered in the farm store and can be picked up directly from the farm or ordered via an order form after making an appointment by telephone. The Bauer family's products are also available at the Simonsfeld farmers' market. This is always open on Saturdays.
