Apis-Z is a Demeter-certified organic apiary in the southern Weinviertel region, run by Wolfgang Schmidt and based on biodynamic beekeeping principles. The range includes a variety of high-quality bee products such as organic honey in different varieties, pollen, propolis, beeswax, oxymel and other specialties. In addition to farm-gate marketing in its own sales outlets and an online store, Apis-Z also offers bee and apitherapy courses, excursions and educational programs on beekeeping.
