Description
The Gilg family's Hagenbrunn winery is a fine example of how more and more wine taverns are focusing on refining their wine culture. Ludwig and his son Stefan Gilg regularly receive top awards for their Grüne Veltliners and Rieslings, as well as for their red wines. Maria Gilg, on the other hand, is responsible for the kitchen and the buffet and provides a wide selection of traditional hot and cold Heurigen dishes, salads, spreads and homemade pastries. The most popular dishes include caraway roast and bacon lentils. These can be enjoyed in the cozy parlors or in the guest garden with arcade.
