A romantic country house garden
Over the years, the Ungersböck family's 2,000 m² garden has developed into a romantic country house garden. New ideas were constantly added and the garden is still changing today. "This show garden is not an English garden, nor is it a cottage garden - it's just my garden," says show garden owner Heimo Ungersböck. He prefers perennials and shrubs that bloom impressively once a year and thus determine the magic of this certain time. Cultivars that bloom for as long as possible do not fit into his green realm or his garden philosophy.
Old English roses dominate, while various types of bamboo create a green contrast. Daylilies, irises and peonies thrive alongside them - robust plants that require little care. A ghost forest and the dwarf mountain hint at mysterious creatures, which are particularly fun for children to discover. The visual highlight is the 150 m² pond with water lilies, as well as a new viewing terrace with a magnificent distant view.
