The openly accessible exercise and meeting area invites locals and guests alike to be active, recharge their batteries and get into conversation with one another: Sports equipment, a cozy garden shed, seating areas - the large hammock is particularly popular - and a view of the greenery create a harmonious mix of sport, nature and relaxation. A fountain provides fresh water, cyclists will find practical parking facilities and creative activities such as crossfit workshops enrich the activity program.

The meeting point is a lively hub of village life: every year at the end of August, the well-attended "Family Summer Festival" takes place at the "Lohbergl Meeting Point". Organized by the Zemling village renewal association - a colourful festival for the whole family with games, exercise and culinary delights right at the meeting point. Together with the fire department, the erection of the maypole is also celebrated here at the end of April.

The Lohbergl meeting point is also a prime example of successful rural development: the concept and realization were carried out in close cooperation between the market town of Hohenwarth-Mühlbach a.M. and the Zemling village renewal association, and the population was involved in the entire process - from planning to design. The "Lohbergl Meeting Point" project was also recognized by the Lower Austrian Village & Urban Renewal Agency in the "Living - Together (Place/Village)" category for its high level of originality, citizen participation and sustainable impact. The implementation was supported by the LEADER Weinviertel-Manhartsberg funding program.
