The well-equipped self-catering house, which is easily accessible by public transport, offers the ideal setting for children, youth and adult groups (youth camps, confirmation groups, theater and music groups, project days, seminars, retreats, ...) for up to 40 people.
Nestled in the gentle landscape of the Waldviertel and Weinviertel, the guest house is located in the heart of Eggenburg. With its open and friendly atmosphere, it invites clubs, children's and youth groups to stay. The self-catering house offers seven dormitories with a total of 38 beds in bunk bed form, as well as bunk showers and a two-bed guest room with its own bathroom. From April 2026, three further four-bed rooms and two two-bed staff rooms - each with its own bathroom - will be available. The fully equipped catering kitchen allows for flexible catering, which can also be organized on request.
A large hall with a stage, a communication room and a youth room with a pool table are available for joint activities. A spacious dining room is available for meals. In the inner courtyard, a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. The journey on the Franz-Josefs-Bahn from Vienna takes around an hour, and the train station is a ten-minute walk away.
