This self-catering house, which is easily accessible by public transportation and fully equipped, offers the ideal setting for groups of children, teens, and adults (youth camps, confirmation groups, theater and music groups, project days, seminars, retreats, …) of up to 56 people—ten additional mattresses are also available.
Nestled in the rolling countryside of the Waldviertel and Weinviertel regions, the guesthouse is located in the heart of Eggenburg. With its open and friendly atmosphere, it invites clubs, children’s groups, and youth groups to stay a while. The self-catering guesthouse offers ten dormitories with a total of 50 bunk beds, as well as shared showers on each floor, and three two-bed rooms for group leaders with private bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen allows for flexible meal planning, which can also be organized upon request.
For group activities, there is a large hall with a stage, a common room, and a youth room with a pool table and foosball table. The large dining hall can accommodate all guests. In the courtyard, a fire pit invites guests to enjoy convivial evenings.
The trip from Vienna on the Franz-Josefs-Bahn takes about an hour; the train station is a ten-minute walk away.
