Harmannsdorf-Rückersdorf

The MARKTGEMEINDE HARMANNSDORF is located in a fertile area, the Korneuburg Basin, has been an independent municipality since 1848 and has consisted of seven villages since the municipal merger in 1972: Harmannsdorf-Rückersdorf, Hetzmannsdorf, Kleinrötz, Mollmannsdorf, Obergänserndorf, Seebarn and Würnitz-Lerchenau (only since 1975) The villages of the market town have the typical Weinviertel character and had a predominantly agricultural structure until the middle of the 20th century.
