The Dornröschenkeller presents a rustic Buschenschank buffet with homemade spreads, salads and products from regional, local suppliers. A particularly extensive range of cheeses rounds off the offer. Depending on the season, selected delicacies such as wild garlic and garlic spread are offered. The wines all come from the restaurant's own production in the Vienna-Stammersdorf region. The wide range includes around 12 red and white wines, from Neuburger to Grüne Veltliner and Chardonnay to the popular Gemischter Satz. The vines are mixed, harvested and pressed together. An in-house non-alcoholic grape juice, which is not only popular with young guests, completes the range.
